The Value of Nothing

Twenty-one spokes may form a wagon wheel,
But the nothing in the center makes it roll.

The form of the clay makes a pot,
But the emptiness inside makes it useful.

A house is built of walls, floor and roof,
But a home is made in the interior space.

Our handiwork brings things into existence.
But their worth comes from non-existence.
