Three Virtues

The way of the pattern seems like nonsense to some.
They say "I am separate, so I am better."

Three virtues of the way of the pattern:
Compassion,
Frugality,
Service.

From compassion comes courage.
From frugality comes generosity.
From service comes leadership.

Those who are brave, yet heartless,
Profligate without means,
Commanding without humility,
Will quickly fail.

Have mercy and compassion,
For yourself and others.
Use love as your defense,
And you will endure.
