#Seizure #Grid creates a rectangular grid whose elements cycle through colors, randomly but with a purposeful drift. The words drawn in the boxes is are selected from the most popular hashtags on Twitter in 2014, though a user can enter a new Seed.
The Circle Married the Line is generative visual poetry using the processing.js library to draw random radial gradients. The title and starting seed words are taken from the song of the same name by Feist.
Relaxo is a simple canvas and css animation piece which tries to visually reference the feeling of rising anxiety and then the management of that anxiety. Seed text is used between the gradients. The starting seed text is by conceptual artist Jenny Holzer. as seen on Kirsty Macoll in a performance on David Letterman.
Grand Old Party is a visualization of the weekly poll results during the unsettled heat of the 2012 Republican Presidential primary election. Elephants are place based on candidates percentage in the polls. Then each week candidates pull their nearest elephants applying a "gravity" to them based on their performance that week.
